☽ Paypal,paysend only.
☽ I (The artist) own full and all rights to my artworks, commissioned and personal. Which includes: posting on social media, using as commission examples, gallery display, samples etc.
☽ Artworks are digital only and for personal use, unless I (the artist ) authorized it (by my written permission) for commercial use.
☽ Claiming the commission/artwork created is yours is prohibited.
☽ Edits are only allowed during the draft phase. **Any edits requested after are guaranteed a fee.
☽ Rush orders are a %50 up charge to your commission.
☽ Minting my artworks as NFTS is not and never allowed, the use of my artworks for AI learning is strictly prohibited.
☽ Chargeback/ cancellations are not allowed of any kind. By ordering a commission from me you are accepting these terms.
☽ Commercial use is charged for monetization of the commission or artwork.
- Regular Commercial Use: fee up to 2x the price of commission is required. (vtuber, vtuber assets, advertisment, game/story development etc)
- Physical Merchandise: ( keychains, prints, wallpapers, t shirts etc, may require 3x the price of the commission or higher depending on the commissioned work.

☽ I might post WIPs and finished artwork on my socials and portfolio, unless requested otherwise
☽ 100% prepayment (or after sketch with WATERMARKS)
